General Postcard and Book Ordering and Shipping Information

These policies apply only to items ordered from FaithFabric.
Amazon ordering and shipping policies apply to orders from Amazon.com

Ordering and Payment:

10% Discount on all orders for three or more items!
("Lots" count as ONE item.)

We prefer that orders be placed using our online, secure ordering system.
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards.

Please do not use PayPal for postcard orders! There is a possibility that the item(s) you order may have already been sold and the listing has not been removed from the web site. We try to keep the listings current, and you can see the last time the page you are ordering from has been updated by checking the bottom of the page.

Indiana Residents should include 6% Sales Tax.

Shipping Charges:
Free shipping by first class mail on every postcard order.

Free shipping by Postal Service Media Mail on every book order.
(Media Mail can take up to two weeks to arrive, but is often much quicker. If you need faster shipping, contact us for a quote on shipping by First Class or Priority Mail.)

NOTE: Insurance optional $1.30 for up to $50 coverage, $2.20 for up to $100 coverage.
We cannot be responsible for in-transit damage for uninsured shipments.

We normally ship within 3-5 days from time order is received.
(Payment by check may delay shipment of order by up to ten days.)

Postcards and books are shipped by United States Postal Service. Each card is sleeved, and your order will be shipped in a Stay-Flat mailer. Books are shipped well-protected as well. We ship postcards and books within the United States only at this time.

Returns:

Satisfying our customers is a business philosophy that we respect, practice, and emphasize in our products.

Need to Return a product
To return a product at Faith Fabric, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service department at service@faithfabric.com, or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item description
- Nature of the problem

In general, Faith Fabric accepts returns on merchandise within 30 days. However, Faith Fabric reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward
Future Product Purchases, or Replacement Product

Shipping charges
ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Faith Fabric on returned items, and Faith Fabric will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
